JOB SCOPE:
>> Manage customer inquiries by providing package information through email, Whatsapp and through phone call.
>> Promote and selling inbound & outbound package.
>> Do quotation for customer.
>> Hit sales monthly target and delivery best customer service.
>> Recruitment of new travel partners.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
>> Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Tourism/Hospitality/Hotel
>> Minimum 1-year experience in Travel Agency/Hotel/Tourism
>> Fresh graduate encourage to apply
>> Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
>> Able to travel for work purpose
>> Strong analytical skill & able to work under pressure
>> Able to work independently with minimum supervision
>> Knowledge of PC & proficiency in MS office
>> Able to identify and rectify problem
>> This position is under contract for 1 years & start immediately
