ADMIN CLERK


Responsibilities
- Process appointments and billings
- Prepare, send and store invoices
- Contact clients and follow up to ensure timely payments
- Reconcile financial statements
- Report on the status of accounts payable and receivable
- Update internal accounting spreadsheet

Requirements
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
- Fluent in both written and spoken English
- Good data entry skills and a sharp ability to identify numerical errors
- Good organisation and time-management abilities

Flexible to work from home but may require to work from office. Notice will be given.
