Job Description
• At least 1-2 Years of working experience in the related field.
• Preferably specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, or Equivalent, any field.
• Required language (s) : Bahasa Malaysia, English.
• Manage the personal assistant function for MANAGING DIRECTOR including business trip, travels, personal arrangements etc.
• Oversee and manage the administrative function of the organization and the team.
• Responsible for company’s licences and registrations
• Familiar with CIDB, BPKU, PUKONSA, SESB, PMS and any related local authorities
• Directly involved in documents preparation during tender’s participation
• Works require willingness to work on a flexible schedule and travel for important meetings/ assignments together with Director/ General Manager or alone.
• Duties required professional verbal and written communications. Visibility of work requires attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and discretion with confidential information.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office – Excel, Word and Power Point.
• Ability to develop maintain good working relationships with all levels.
• Specialize in construction industry will be advantage.
• Manage the process of calling for briefing on behalf of Managing Director/ General Manager to ensure he/ she is prepared for all engagements.
• Dealing with correspondences, writing letters, daily incoming e-mail, faxes and posting of outgoing mail.
• The administrative portfolio covers office maintenance, office supplies, front office services, copier and fax services, dispatch and courier services, company driver matters, refreshment and cleaning services, documents and mail movements, building administrative, office security and safety matters.
• Prepare relevant reports as required.
• Maintain a positive and productive work environment in the office.
• Any other task or project assigned from time to time.
