SENIOR HR & PAYROLL OFFICER

STF AGRICULTURE SDN BHD
(Salary Range : RM1,600.00 – RM2,200.00)

Job Purpose :

This role will be working closely with HR & Payroll team member to provide daily deliverables of excellent and professional job. This position will be reporting to a Manager.

Job Responsibilities :

1. Responsible for payroll administration and their monthly claims also all HR documentation related to staff personal files (preparing & maintains payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data).
2. Maintaining filling system for HR & Administration processes.
3. Assist in implementing HR policies & procedures, staff leave application process, documentations and movement of leave and entitlement, foreign worker application and renewal process & documentation (passport & work permit), prepare monthly attendance report & performance appraisal (in-charge of preparing employment letter such as Letter of Appointment, Promotion Letter, Promotion Letter and others).
4. Checking payroll liabilities such as EPF, Socso & EIS and monitoring deadlines of statutory payment.
5. Assist HR Manager in terms of HR matters.
6. Assist HR Manager in recruitment (call applicants and process flow)
7. Prepare job advertisement and arrange for advertisement in newspaper / website.
8. Assist HR Manager in Staff Training or Briefing
9. Ad hoc matters.

Job Requirement :

1. Candidate MUST possess at least Diploma in Human Resource or any related field with minimum 3 – 4 years experience and exposure as HR Generalist.
2. Candidate MUST familiar with UBS Payroll System.
3. Well equipped with full spectrum of HR Knowledge and well verse of Malaysia Labour Law and statutory requirement (e.g Sabah Labour Ordinance and IR)
4. Possess analytical, creative thinking as well as problem solving skills.
5. Possess good communication, negotiation skills and able to interact with various levels of employees.
6. Able to work independent and on the team.
7. Good in MS word, MS Excel & MS Powerpoint
8. MUST possess having driving License - D.
