Horizon Hotel invite potential candidates to with them in the following position

Position: 
DUTY MANAGER

- Possess a minimum SPM qualification and above
- At least 2 years relevant experience in the Front Officce Department
- Knowledgeable in Front Office and Hotel Operation work processes
- Able to handle guess enquiries and complaints
- Candidate must be mature, independent, adaptive, self driven and highly motivated
- Able to communicate with all level of people with a flair to negotiating skills
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Melayu, Literate in Mandarin will be an advantage
- Willing to work on shift and long hours
