Admin Assistant 


Job requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a Post Graduate Diploma / STPM in accounting / business management / finance or similar
- Fresh graduates are welcome but working experience in the related field will be an added advantage
- Willing to work on WEEKENDS and PUBLIC HOLIDAYS
- Self motivated, proactive and responsible, willing to work independently and able to meet deadlines

Job scope :
- Assist in daily collection and completion of daily collection reports
- Prepare daily outstanding reports and send out daily reminders on balances outstanding to relevant person
- Assist in daily payroll entry
- Assist to keep file records up to date (daily)
- Reconcile petty cash records and cash in hand balances to ensure no cash shortage occurs
- Ensure cash received are bank-in daily

Other information :
- On the job training will be provided
- Salary range RM 1,000 - RM 2,000 depending on experience
