JOB VACANCY - CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (CSR)

Job Responsibilities:
1. Attend promptly to all the incoming phone calls and live chats.
2. Provide comprehensive guidelines, information and details about the company’s services in order to fulfill the needs of our customers, merchants or delivery partners.
3. Able to assist any of the merchants and customers regarding of the orders or services demanded, while to proceed them accordingly in the best way possible.
4. Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers, merchants & delivery partners at all times and under any of the possible circumstances.
5. Respond promptly to the incoming inquiries.
6. Acknowledge, resolve and proceed with all the complaints and requests by adhering to the company policies and procedures.
7. Engage in basic admin and planning works.
8. Able to communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary.
9. Ensure overall satisfaction from the customers and merchants, while to provide a professional support towards any possible scenarios.
10. Able to perform effectively under pressure.
11. Able to work independently and in group.
11. Able to attend to work by following the scheduled shifts.

Job Requirements and Details:
1. 18 years old and above.
2. With a minimum education level of SPM / DIPLOMA / DEGREE or equivalent.
3. Having working experiences in customer service and support WILL be a preferable advantage. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
4. Able to communicate and read in Malay, English and Mandarin.
5. You will be required to work on weekends or on public holidays in accordance to the scheduled shifts, while to work overtime if necessary.
6. Working hours are based on the scheduled shifts and subject to change. One day off per week.
7. Salary and remuneration offered will be based on personal skills and qualifications, as well as key performances. OT payment will be provided with terms & conditions apply.
8. Willing to be based in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah
