PURCHASING CLERK


Job requirements :
 Pass SPM with 6 credits. (Mandatory; BM, BI & Mathematics)
 Good communication skills.
 Proficient in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Words, Microsoft Excel)
 At least 2 years of work experience in the construction sector or hardware shop.
 Female only. Age 25 years old and above.
 Able to speak in Mandarin is an advantage.

Job scope :
 Responsible for sourcing, selection and negotiation with suppliers in terms of price, quality and delivery.
 Follow up with suppliers to ensure punctual delivery.
 Prepare Purchase Order and related documentation.
 Prepare monthly report.
 Additional tasks to be assigned by management from time to time.

Salary: Negotiable (depending on experience)
