1) ACCOUNTS CLERK
1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in relevant field.
2.Candidates with at least 2 Year(s) of working experience in related field is preferred.
3.Candidates who are able to start immediately will have an added advantage.
4.Proficient with MS Office Applications (Word, Excel & Power Point) and Autocount Accounting System
5.Ability to speak Malay, English & Mandarin language may be advantageous.
6.Age must be 30 years old and above.
Job Responsibilities:-
- Responsible for day to day functions of Account Receivable (billing & collection).
- To work closely with sales and operation department to resolve issues relevant to disputes on receivables.
- Handling the issuances of invoice, credit note and etc.
- Day-to-Day account receivable (AR) functions. Closely monitor, control and update customer accounts and details for payment collection.

Onaki Sdn. Bhd. was established on April 1, 1982. In the early stage, the company was co-founded by Mr. Sim Cho Phong with two partners from West Malaysia and was known as Onaki Food Industries Sdn. Bhd. Afterwards, the two West Malaysian shareholders withdrew from the company and it was handed over to be taken care by today’s managing director Mr. Sim Chuo Yong (Mr. Sim Cho Phong’s brother) and also his wife, Mdm. Chua Bee Lian.
In the early stage, the company mainly produced some semi products, and also sold some foods products from all around of West Malaysia and East Malaysia such as snacks, biscuits, candies and etc. From November 1, 1997, Onaki moved its headquarter to a warehouse located at Inanam area until now. After more than 30 years of hard work, the business has now expanded to whole Sabah, Labuan and Lawas in Sarawak. The company’s employee number also expanded from 4 employees until now over 80 employees.
